Yup. Ted was absolutely right. Tensioner was too weak it seems. I was using a 3.2 " pulley and making 7.4 pounds and switched to a 3.4 and made 7.5 pounds.
(with Teds Tensioner of course)
I haven't put the 2.8 back on. Might try the 3.2 again to see what it does. I'm guessing 8.5 to 9 where I want it.
