You could try:
1) CLR (in gray bottle at the grocery store)
2) Peroxide (it really does a good job at removing biologic materials)
3) Turpentine - is easy on the clear coat- don't let it sit. May cut carbon based stuff.
Just ideas I think are a bit harmless done cautiously.
