In the event you are using a K&N intake and experience a failure, GM WILL NOT COVER THE FAILURE UNDER WARRANTY. I just wanted to give everyone a heads up on this as I found out about it today at the dealership. I'm guessing if you swap the stock setup back in before taking it in, you might be alright.
