While I'd want a new car, I don't think they necessarily have to give you one. As new or used as it is, it's covered under warranty and they'll replace whatever is broken.

That being said, if you bitch loud enough I'm sure they'll eventually give you what you want. You may have to go through various levels of corporate BS to get there, but if you push hard enough for a new car you'll probably get one.
