That looks to be an entire headlight assembly replacement, do you already have the RS package? If you already have halos and one color changing/brighter ones, you buy just the halos to add in there.
If you dont have the RS package, then this will be plug n play, and probably pretty easy to install being an entire assembly.
A warning, ebay headlights' plastic deteriorates fast, as well as weather stripping if it comes with it.
Most people buy eagle eye or something else projectors and add them to their stock housing, then buy halo rings from aac or someone else to put in there. You keep the quality GM plastic housing but replace the electronics
