The headlight is plug n play, but you will still have to wire up a power and ground for the halo itself and add in a switch so you can turn them on and off, unless you hardwire it so it is on all the time and then you would want a power source that turns off when the car is not running. But some do a constant source with a switch so they can have the halos on without the car running.
Here is a diagram for you if you wire it yourself.
