Are you kidding me, it's a 6.0 LSx, they don't have to do didly sh*t to push it to 400.

First, it wouldn't be worth the work to swap in other stock parts for 30hp, especially internals, and second the LS3's got .2L more of displacement, so it wouldn't be that simple. The aftermarket will catch it up easily with mere bolt ons.
