GPCS - interesting post. Welcome to the forum. I want to say I thought I read the TT / SC guys were getting a lean condition at higher boost due to the injectors over running the allotted window when "open" causing not enought fuel to be delivered. Wonder if this over run was caused by a lack of fuel pressure and the injector staying open trying to deliver the required amount of fuel? GoIng to dig my FI books out and check the service manual.
