The only difference from the B4C and the Z, other than the lack of looks, was the B4C had the high amp alternator, better suspension and better cooling systems for oil and water. Yeah I'm wondering what they would need for a police service package. The standard SS has an engine oil cooler. Maybe an upgraded alternator and radiator? Maybe they could make some wheels and tires to go with the FE6 suspension from the 1LE that would have an extended tire life and still handle decently. I hear the ZL1 guys saying they're getting 15k miles max out of the goodyears.
