Sent email late at night requesting availability status. Ray called me following morning before nine o'clock; before I had a chance to ask details, he asked two questions to verify my status and eligibility for USAA discount pricing. Fiften minutes later he verified car was still on showroom floor, found several additional discounts and applied, reducing price below USAA discount and I applied deposit via credit card. Two days later we drove the 175 miles to pick up Nikki. Closing was very enjoyable. Unfortunately they are too far away for me to use for service--but I stay in contact with them with routine calls and email/letters from ray. 10 out of 10!
