Tram, I just want to say I feel for you and hope you get the "car" that you want, which is a Camaro convertible that is free of defects!
I had my top replaced in May and had to leave the car overnight, my first question to them was will it sit inside or out and was told it would be inside, I have to admit I checked...............and they left it inside.
I could just picture it sitting outside with the top half installed.............I just can't imagine how I would feel if I was in your shoes but I know I wouldn't be happy!!
Since replacement I have had no problems and the rub marks don't seem to be coming back (my first one had a hole). I did have to take it back for a minor adjustment but that was it.
I feel lucky and wish that everyone could have the same experience that I did.
You deserve the car you bought and nothing less.
