The Good:
1) It looks much better than the large plastic frame stock mirror
2) It blocks a lot less of the windshield than the stock mirror
3) The mount and wire harness plug are identical to the old mirror so it fits well
4) It has all of the same functions as old mirror (the eye for the dimmer and indicator lights are behind the mirror glass which gives it a much sleeker appearance)
The Bad:
1) The windshield on the 2010 has a blacked out area behind the mirror and some sort of box or antenna mounted behind it. With the smaller 2013 mirror this is more visible than before. The 2013 windshield has a cleaner appearance behind the mirror.
2) It doesn't work. I plugged it in, turned the car on, and then nothing. The buttons on the mirror don't respond and the mirror will not dim if you shine a light on it (to simulate a cars headlights from behind).
I would have probably been OK if the mirror would have at least dimmed; I don't really use the other functions on the mirror so I wouldn't miss them. I would guess if you can figure out which wires are power and ground you can re-wire it so it will at least dim.
Does anybody know which pins on the 2013 mirror plug are power and ground? If somebody can tell me I'll try to test the dimming functionality.
I'm not sure what the part number is. There may be one on the box it came in, but I'm not sure.

It works with the BCM, if it does not get a on command from the BCM it will not come on, If you want to send it to me i can try to make a harness for it?
