I think that is unfortunate, and would like to believe otherwise...but I think it's born out by the fact that all dealerships aren't constantly bombarded with unhappy owners wanting a fuse-pull fix, and why the cars weren't built with the condition of "Use Hi-Octane ONLY or your warranty is VOID"...lol

True, I guess it's easy to forgot that not everyone is as anal about their car as I am. I guess we're in a very small minority. I wouldn't even think of putting 87 in my car
If I ran out of gas, and the only thing around was 87, I'd rather just push it home
