With so much talk about detailing the paint on one's car, how bout a curve ball about the forgotten subject of your rubber trim around your Door's, Hood and Trunk. The rubber trim on your vehicle always requires special care to continue looking new and fresh. Most of the dirt that accumulates on rubber trim can be cleaned while washing the car. But if your rubber trim is excessively dirty, you may need to clean the trim directly to keep them fresh and looking new. Once the trim is free of debris or dirt, you must protect it from the elements and the sun. If the trim has any wax stains on it then try using a remover like
Duragloss Wax Eraser or
Griot's Garage Dried-On Wax Remover. Some folks use the peanut butter trick and found some success with it also. Once your trim is ready you may want to protect it using one of these great products:

Wurth Rubber Care Gel Stick,
CarPro PERL Coat Plastic & Rubber Protectant or
Sonus Total Eclipse. So whatever your doing for your vehicle, don't forget the trim that keep's water and noise out of the interior.
