You will still need to modify a couple things.
1. You cap off the coolant fitting to the block (Blue Circle) and replace the factory t (Red Circle) in the upper rad hose with a straight connector.

or

2. You add a 90* hose fitting @ Blue Circle and adapt it to factory coolant hose @ Yellow Circle

I would probably recommend option 1 as it seems to be a little more simple and I don't know if you would have any clearance issues with option 2.
