For the longest time, Apple insisted that a screen phone over 3.5" wouldn't sell because it was too big. They said it was "just right" the way it was. After the market clamored for larger screens, and after several Android phones sold very well with a larger screen, Apple upped the size of the screen. Now that it has a 4" screen, how can it possibly still be "just right"? Either they were wrong before, or they were wrong now. Which is it? That being said, I'm not an iPhone hater. I have an iPhone4, and a Galaxy SIII. The SIII looks like a much more modern phone, even though the construction of the iPhone feels better (albeit more prone to breakage). The iPhone5 looks just like the 4/4S, and the incrementally updated hardware just doesn't do it for me.
