................you've gone into territory that will be hard for some to understand but let me elaborate more..........it's called "loading the rings" which is done with moderate accelleration to about 80 mph then heavy decelleration to about 40mph, then repeated often to roughly 200 - 300 miles. The oil should be changed immediately afterwards.
