Both of the systems you just mentioned basically have the same overall design concept (heat shield, open box using hood as seal). true Cold Air comes from under the car, most of these systems are pulling hot air from the engine bay..
That Cold Air Inductions one looks to be a sealed box.. Roto-Fab and some of the others that just have an open filter (or one that is supposed to seal against the hood) just suck engine bay hot air from my testing on several of my vehicles.
