The dealership in town is like that too, I didn't buy a car from them, so when I wanted warranty work on my Impala, they wouldn't give me loaner vehicle to use, even though it was under bumper to bumper and was having a lot of work performed, they refused. I hate crooked dealerships, especially ones that treat you like dirt because you didn't buy from them.

People will be nit picky about the tiniest things, good grief.

That is total BULL#$#*! Find another dealership and report that one to GM. I bought my car from BeckyD, chances are I will never go to Rodgers Chevrolet because it is nearly 1000 miles away. After searching a bit and talking to some fellow 5th gen owners, I found a GREAT dealership locally that takes good care of me.

In fact, like the OP, my SS is currently at the dealershp waiting for parts to arrive. (have fun with that one OP. I'm in the U.S. and have been waiting over a week for a windshield) My heater core also went bad. They started working on the core today, and hopefully the windshield will be in this week so I can have my car back.

Good luck man, take that car on the ring for us stateside guys who can only dream
