Yikes I can't imagine keeping it under 65 miles an hour
I'm usually doing 80-85, but even then I'm averaging 24mpg mixed highway and city.
To the "Who cares about MPG?" drivers - just remember if it weren't for the good MPGs talked about in this thread your SS wouldn't even exist. V8 sales alone would not justify the Camaro's existence.
