If they could make a 4-cylinder Camaro that is just as powerful (if not more) than the current V6 5th Gen's, and do even better on gas...then why not?

Don't think of it as 4 cylinders in a Camaro...How Could They? No, wrong way to view it. Think of it as the power and performance that it could potentially have.

We all know that the current V6's are more powerful than previous model V8's, so if they can build a Camaro with only 4 cylinders, and have it powerful and able to get out of it's own way rather nicely, it wouldn't bother me at all especially if it gets great gas mileage.

Putting a 4-cylinder in a 5th Gen would make it get a 0 - 60 of about a minute and a half, but a lighter 6th Gen might just work fine.
