Most vehicles are moving away from CD's because, like I said, who wants to carry around a 55-gallon drum full of CD's? You don't have to anymore. I guess you won't be buying any new cars pretty soon if you're dead set on this. I'm sure there were other stubborn people when the other music devices went out too. Time moves on, try to find a new car with an 8-track or cassette deck. FYI: I had a lot of CD's, I uploaded them to my PC, then uploaded them to my MP3.
Would you like to place money that GM is in the minority on this move? The bank is open.

By the way, I can go right now to the Ford dealer...pick any trim Mustang...and play all the CDs I want.

You don't have to take your whole collection with you, you just take the ones you want to hear. It's not that difficult.

Besides, what about people who don't have access to PCs? Believe it or not, they are still out there. Plus I find CD sound quality to be better than MP3.

I understand tech moves fast...I'm an I.T. specialist by trade. But many times companies make the leap too fast and regret it. I feel that is exactly what GM is doing here.
