all ya need. ur dealer printing you the workbench is pointless. there are threads on this site like "check your order" that u need to go post that order # in.
then check back frequently. there are a few awesome sponsors here that are dealers that will pop in there and check some orders when they have time.
they can't look up anything but the workbench event codes. but that will confirm what ur dealers saying or prove them liars!
as far as emailing u workbench updates........they may not be pc savy. my guy at Buff Whelan emailed me a "screenshot" of my workbench everytime it changed.
