Everyone who wishes to "sue"........you have to sue for damages......and what are the damages......besides paying for extra for the SS and not the regular V6 rental.
Tough call getting a judge to award damages for not feeling the rush of a V8. You would have to pray he owned a V6 and knew the disgrace of it all in Camaro World where V8's are available but somehow you still picked a V6..........now you know where the saying came from "Gee I could've had a V8".......(all sarcasm, been drinking).
