No. It's just not my cup of tea ,but way bust someones balls for doing what they love and succeeding at it. I think it's pretty funny that the OP put the Charger on the trailer so to speak.
In saying all of that though, I do believe that small displacement motors will see more respect when we start seeing them in topfuel dragsters and topfuel funny cars and running the times that they currently do.

You see this is the thing that bothers me, why do you guys feel offended because I have an SS and I spoke out against a run with a V6 vs a V8 ,do you know my favorite car has a flat 6 and honestly and really I think of all the cars I've owned the less cylinder cars actually impressed me more than the Camaro SS. Honestly I see the Gen 5 SS as the slowest per hp car I ever owned and I really see 2012 V6s as high 13s cars out the box, so again don't get offended because I own an SS. I am also not a fan of the pushrod so for that sorry V8 guys I honestly think this engine sucks buy I still like my SS because it runs well. I also am not a fan or happy with all the power loss from heat that this LS3 suffers. Even my 2007 GT didn't feel that much different when heat set in. They were times I swear that my 6.2 was putting out 200hp and not 400. You shouldn't let the fact you have a V6 where there is a V8 option get to you because V6 owners still have other advantages over V8 owners like handling. Also I bet your V6 doesn't have a big heat soak issue like the V8s. I go to the track and hear guys say the heat is killing my runs but they still only lose like .2 secs or so. V8 pushrod more like 1 second from my viewing.
