Yes if the SS was an L99 I'd consider a 13.2 pretty decent considering most of the top 10 times for the stock L99 on this site is a 13 flat.
5 - 6 grand for the base SC kit....then on top of that tire and chassis mods are a must so do another 1 or 2 grand there.
