I calculate a 2.32 pressure ratio with this combo. TVS is good for 2.4. What is max rpms for TVS?
Nevermind, I see max rpms listed around 28k. Using a 2.55 upper with a 10 lower I should top out under 28k BRM at engine rpm of 7000.
Maybe I will stick to 2.55 upper with this lower. The 2.38 kicks blower rpm over 29k. I may have to look into better bearings.
Interestingly, blower efficiency is (apparently) still at about 68% at 18 PSI
Its hard to find actual hard data on the 1900 tvs on the internet. Eaton's web site really sucks at providing usefull data for their Superchargers.
If I need to I will upgrade supercharger if need be, Soon I'll be looking at internal engine mods anyway..
