If ECF is available, get it. It's a cool option. Aside from the few quality complaints that have been reported on the forum, I'm sure most are up to standard.
The AGM insert does a good job of emulating the "grayish" light reflection of flat black with the added benefit of being able to wax/polish it without ruining it. At the angles most people will see your car from, they will not be able to tell the difference.
