Changed mine today with RP! didn't add any friction additive cause it said it was already included! Had a little sludge on both plugs but wasn't that bad! Had to add 2 6" extensions on the ratchet to make it easier to loosen and tighten fill plug! Yep,and have to be careful not to lose rubber gaskets on plugs! They will fall off if not careful!

i used RP and my groaning got worse -_- just took it to the dealer and had the TSB taken care of finally that they found a solution
