I would say it is just an SS with:

Optional dual mode exhaust
Synergy Calipers
And for some reason the 1LE spoiler?

Maybe something available that hasn't been announced yet about spoiler options?

Judging from the pic,the ride height also looks bone stock SS.

I only know about the 2013 SS new style wheel shortage due to some natural disaster in China and is still affecting orders today.

So safe to assume this car was produced at least 60 days ago and seeing the window stickers is aimed at being sold.

I haven't heard of the stock black ZL1-1LE wheel having production problems....maybe they are?
