Daughter used to love horseback riding up there around Bonnie Springs.
Today marks one week of being on Medifast Diet. 12 lbs lost!(mostly all water weight it flew right off.now shld be 3-5 week) First few days was rough adjusting to lower carbs but it feels easy now. Not hungry at all. Officer sitting right next to me here having coffee has lost 58. Oh and he says hello no donut jokes.
Sure can't hurt the situation here. 50 lbs lighter could be worth a tenth couldn't it?
