Not trying to be argumentative but I don't understand what you are saying.
Unless you mean that the new for 2013 Standard wheels are still the NEW style just not polished.You can see how this could confuse some people.
There are 4 different sets offered by GM for SS for 2013.
1 new style polished.................$470.00........natural disaster limitations
2 new style bright silver finish...............$0.......no problem......standard
3 old style polished only(2010-2012).....$470.00.........no problem option
4 ZL1 style for 1LE(black only)..............$0...............limited....1LE only
Seems weird GM would manufacture the Same wheel with just a different finish at 2 different plants...but what do I know
