But if the PCV system isn't working properly it could lead the breather not to work properly. And this clogging PCV system was the resort to a club members car bottom end to blow open because the pressure had nowhere to go. AND he was stock 100%! Also recall a few months ago ( I think it was Baylor or Smoke1LT) someone before stating that their dip stick was smoking and kept popping out. After switching to the breather problem was solved. That's why a catch can and breather is a good buy for those modding. I just need picture also where this is located to handle it today while I'm off.

The breather is there to allow the engine to pull air in, not to relieve pressure...it will allow pressure to vent if it gets too high (mine was leaking oil)...I'll try to get mine drill out this weekend (damn weather sucks)
