I cant recall the exact gain but a member here saw over 20rwhp when switching from shorty headers WITH high flow cats to LT's and high flow cats. I would also like to see this 37rwhp gain from shortys, high flow cats and tune done on the same day same dyno before and after mods. If you live in Cali thats one thing but if you dont have those same type of emmision testing that CA uses then there is no reason not to get LT's if your going to tune anyway. If I lived in CA I think I would spring for the ARH shorties because I think those are the only GM state headers that actually show a measurable gain.
