...who do I have to contact to get mine? In the strict sense of importance it's not a big deal, but what one deserves to get is an honest issue. My dealer's manager spoke to the customer service rep who said 8-10 weeks after delivery, I got mine in April, and my dealer said the one who did the customer feedback survey is the one who gets the cert which was me. Still nothing? This is getting to be a a big bunch of BS and red tape over a relativily small issue. Is there anyone who is someone can comment and contact me? If GM can't get something so small and insignificant right as this, then, well.....
