Clear your browser history each try. (Yea you will lose all your banking cookies and any other web site that Knew you)
Try different computer hardware. (I got one last month from my IPad).
Try from different IP address (Home, Neighbors wireless, Work, Starbucks, McDonalds, your cellphone). Or proxy out with a different IP address.
Try from different web browsers. I have in the past got them on IE9,. FireFox and Safari
Just keep trying. I hoping Chevy will give them out in November but so far no luck for me.
It’s still early in the month.
As for sharing one. You will have to provide your Name, Home address, Email, and other stuff the certificates are all individual serialized to the individual. I don’t think you really want to (OR SHOULD) share with strangers.
If you want to post your personal information it’s up to you.
Until I get a Vin for my vehicle, I will keep trying for a certificate. When or IF I get a certificate I will let you all know. Hopefully you all will do the same.
