I DID go out and look at a couple of random VINs from posts on this thread (where the owner did not get the certificate) -- and I'm trying to find out why some are not receiving the certificate.

This may take a couple of days - but what I will be back shortly with a possible solution.

My sincerest apologies - we try to 'wow' you - but sometimes things go wrong and the 'wow' turns into ........... OW!
