Not if you do it from the beginning (which is why I think these people chime in.. to prevent a possible mistake). LTs are probably cheaper overall if you go with the Solo midpipes.
Maybe some people are needling you guys, maybe it's just a hurried oversight. You all ought to treat your fellow camaro owners with a little more respect.

Padre does have JBA 1 7/8" long tubes now but he will tell you it's ONLY because he is doing more CI in the future. Some do JBA shorties because they have to stay 50 State legal and many states are starting to adopt CARB so watch out.
