I DID go out and look at a couple of random VINs from posts on this thread (where the owner did not get the certificate) -- and I'm trying to find out why some are not receiving the certificate.
This may take a couple of days - but what I will be back shortly with a possible solution.
My sincerest apologies - we try to 'wow' you - but sometimes things go wrong and the 'wow' turns into ........... OW!

....I know it's small potatoes to get the cert, and or a build sheet, but others have received them with no issue. This can be a point of contention with owners, albiet however so small as compared to be lucky enough to own such a fine piece of craftsmanship. Having said that, my car, 2012 #177 has neither the cert or build sheet accompanied with the car. I bought my car from the dealer after the original person who ordered the car dropped out. I got the build sheet from the dealer, Global Connects fashion printed out online from the dealer, with the persons name and address who ordered it. The GM at my dealer, an interim manager hired by GM to run the dealership until a new owner could be found knows Fitz and said GM would send me an owners packet. That was in April. Nothing from GM. Then, the factory started signing the build sheets somehere after that and placed them in the door. I have nothing that says I have the car, in the form of a build sheet, that connects the car to me. Not a big deal. But what others get...with some form of regularity, makes those who don't wonder. My GM, who has since left the dealership because it is under a new owner as of late, said he contacted customer service several times about the owner credential card, and was told 6-8 weeks after delivery of the car would it arrive. It's November...and I took ownership in April. Sooo...I have no owners cert, a printed out build sheet with the guy who ordered the car, and allegedly Fitz said he would send out an owners packet to me way back in April according to my guy, who has moved on after obligating his stewardship of the dealership. But, I love the car, and after having all that stuff for my 35th Anniversary SS Camaro and them some, I traded it in for my 2012 ZL1. those trinkets were insignificant when it came time to seling the car as a trade in <BTW you were part of that program in a lead role! I still have paperwork with your name on it!!!

all that, and hold onto it so dearly only to see the item go in the end. In retrospect it was a trivial pursuit. My thoughts are ony about equity and fairness. A promise is a promise. What's fair is fair. Thanks for being the staunch advocate for the Camaro brand as you have been.
