Like Vader said, if you live in "The People's Republic of California" I understand having to keep your manifolds and wanting to get hf and the most out of your exhaust. BUT if your willing to tune then im JUST SUGGESTING long tubes so you can get the most bang for your buck. That's all, not bashing not pissed just would like to point out to other members and OP's so your not stuck paying for SHorties then Lt's later cause your not satisfied or getting cammed in your future.
well just to clarify "tune" has nothing to do with smog. people get shorts based on smog alone. I can tune my shorties and still pass smog as long as i replace the hf cats with the stock ones. You have LT's and the smog tech most likely will not even smog the car. He/she will fail based on the visual part alone. so tune is not the issue. So when people say if your gonna tune might as well go LT's. nope doesnt work that way either. LT's will fail you before they even get to the tail pipe sniffer. Basicly unless you have a shop in your pocket to over look them, tuning your short/hf cat combo is our ONLY option. or you swap them to the stock manifolds and cats every 2 years.
as for me im pretty happy for my bang for my buck...
same dyno cooler day fresh oil replaced, plugs and wires
