Windrestrictor and possible solving of the parachuting effect.

Hey all

i had a thought but I need others who have this to chime in.

The parachuting effect of the vert top -- when the top is down and you aren't running with the tonneau cover on -- you're on the road going at a good clip and you look back and see the fabric somewhat flapping in the wind.

If you have a windrestrictor (the one that attaches behind the rear seat), does this take care of the parachuting effect?

Thanks
Ross
