The lower air damn is not really necessary. I did the V6 to SS swap and never cut mine, just never put one on.
You will probably need the wheel liners. The V6 liners are more curved/less square than the SS. The SS fascia will Fit over V6 wheel liners, but the V6 fascia might not fit over the SS wheel liners. If it doesn't you could also cut them.
