Its a tuff call.
Which cars can be driven legally on the street with just a few quick changes (like tire change)? RPM Transmission's car (#3 on the list) appears to be pretty street legal (4000 lbs, full exhaust, etc)?
With street tires it's probably street legal.
I believe we have a several cars on the list (non-street legal) that are basically drag cars (trailer queens not driven on the street because they're not legally setup for the street).
I would keep both list. Otherwise non street legal (pure drag cars) will dominate the list and the street legal cars won't be able to make the list.
But there needs to be a better understanding as to what "street legal" means for the list. (legal tags, insurance, driven a certain number of miles on the street per year, etc).
