I did try to get either the GM Supplier Discount or the Credit Union member discount but the Dealer would not honor those as is their right under those programs. If I have been able to use either discount it would've been about $980 as I recall and I would've kept my earnings for a future purchase.
Along with my trade-in and GM Card my total cash out of pocket was ~$13,900. - not a bad deal to own a new legend...

Thanks for the info. I too have an original GM card - I redeemed $2700 on a 1999 Monte back in the day. Been saving up points ever since to own my own Legend. Yours is a beauty
