The only mod on your list that might be an issue is the "PFADT Lowering springs", but just dont tell them and you wont have a problem. Hawaii has some law that the license plate must be so many inches from the ground but nobody really checks it and there are a ton of muscle cars that have been lowered. Oh yeah, Hawaii requires license plates on the front and back of the car. Not sure what the regulation is from where your at.
There are usually one or more car shows on the island weekly and Five Oh Muscle are usually at one of them. Check out their Facebook. They are very active and posts weekly. They were at the Toys for Tots car show today at Kakaako Park.
