Pretty common to see wrapped cars in the SF bay Area. IIRC, where you drive and when you drive are important parts of the contract you sign with the advertiser.
You won't get a wrap and a stipend if you park in the garage or drive in a rural area..
I would think a GPS tracker is part of the deal so the advertising agency can track your movements.
