Once u have ur gauge pack out and disconnected. Plug the supplied harness into the gauge pack plug. Plug other end of harness into HUD and the last plug goes into the HUD switch. Set the HUD projector on ur dash. Turn on key. Turn HUD on with selector switch and it should work
