I'm really leaning towards the ZL1 rear, even though it's added weight, but I'm not 100% sure what is involved in the install. I know I need the the hubs, shafts, all the goodies that go along with it, but other than that, is it a simple swap or is it more involved. For just a little over $3k, it seems like a good way to go unless DSS has competitive pricing on the new Hammerhead.
