The belly pan is 22765382.
You'll also need 14 bolts p/n 11610055.
11 nut/clip 11570215.
I'll be installing mine this weekend. My understanding is you'll need to drill holes in the subframe for attaching the clips to bolt the pan on.
As for the belly pan being beneficial at high speeds, my buddy has a report done on testing with a Corvette for a belly pan and heat extracting hood. I'll get the details when I see him this weekend, but what he read to me was the test was done in a wind tunnel at 100MPH.
Test 1: stock Corvette, baseline
Test 2: belly pan attached, noticeable down force measured.
Test 3: belly pan and special hood, increase in down force over just belly pan.
