In my past I seem to average 1 just under every 3 years. Just close enough together so I can't claim RI's "good driver record" and get out of paying it. Now I just get BS tickets because my car SOUNDS like I'm going 100mph. Not speeding tickets. "Care from stop" tickets.
The older you get the more you realize regular speeding just isn't worth it. Occasional "acceleration tests" on the onramp however...
